Problem Logging In?

Some members from the time of our old website have experienced problems with their initial logging in to our new website. If this is the case for you, apologies in the first instance and let’s get you over the problem. Please note that the website does not send any details of requests for new passwords to the Webmaster, it only deals directly with you, the user. We cannot see your passwords, for obvious security reasons. So, if the problem continues, use the contact form to send a message to the Webmaster because we will not automatically know about it. Don’t use any old usernames or passwords from the old website as they will not be recognised.

Apologies also if you have done some of this already, let’s go through the process in logical steps.

First, click on the Log-In button of the new website, you will see it to the top right of the website page. Second, click on the text where it says ‘Forgot Password’ which is found near the bottom, just below the mathematical sum check. The system will then send you an email and go through a process where you set your password, giving you control over its selection. You should then be able to log in with your email address as your username and your chosen password. If that initial email does not come through, please check your Spam/Junk folder because some messages are being diverted.

If nothing comes through at all, please send a message to the Webmaster and we will send you a machine-generated password. It will be a more complex password, but that should do the trick.
